Not exactly good, but not really bad either.

The idea behind the plot is quite good, and the effects and execution is also done rather well. But for some reason it feels like the story repeats itself a few times and ends up being a bit boring. That is a shame because it really had potential to be something big, in my opinion.

In some ways it reminds me of the TV series Heroes, where people have started mutating/evolving into having superpowers. The same goes here, but it is only limited to a few different types of power combinations. It could work, but some of them are either too narrow or just too dumb. (Give up or I will scream you to death!!)

Acting is below average to medium. I was in particular disappointed with Camilla Belle. She is pretty but her acting here is just not good, in my opinion.

The effects of the larger “push’es” are quite good. I am a big fan of telekinesis and I think they have drawn up the effects if it pretty well here. The worst part being when Nick is not at full power/skill and the objects just hover like they are on strings.

If you like movies about superpowers and/or mysteries involving mind reading and psychic powers, this is recommendable. Please remember that this is not a superhero movie. Just regular people with a little bit extra.
