Decent entertainment but not a particularly remarkable movie.
The movie features a take on time travel, to no surprise this covers some unrealistic time loops, but what do you expect? Maybe it is just me, but I have a hard time imagining something happening in the present affecting a future version of a person who has travelled back in time. Maybe I just lack the imagination?
The acting was pretty decent. We do not get to see Bruce Willis that much, but then again, this movie was not as much about his character… or at least not that time-period. Even though Joseph Gordon-Levitt reminds me of a real brad, I still think he does a decent job in this movie. However, the makeup on him to make him look older (and before becoming Bruce Willis…) really looks weird and poorly done. At first, I thought that he was supposed to be in disguise for some reason, but that was not the case.
In general an ok movie that does not offer much, but will provide entertainment for an evening.
