There is no doubt that this is both crazy and fun action. The story, however, is rather boring.
Please note that I have not seen the original movies and I am completely unfamiliar with the lore surrounding this movie. So my judgements might be completely unfair and misunderstood. I do find it very interesting though, and would like to see more of it.

The story and the plot twist is thin in my opinion. This could have ended in many ways that would have been better. I will try to avoid spoilers here, but once you realize how they are going to solve everything, I lost all interest.

Tom Hardy, Charlize Theron and Nicholas Hoult all do a pretty good job. This is another role, where Charlize Theron is some and tight lipped. It is hard to act such a role, and I think she (only) did a fair job of it.

The effects are crazy. Cars keep exploding all around the set. The car chase, which make up for the most part of the campaign are pretty intense.

Watch this if you enjoy a good road movie is in a post apocalyptic desert.
