This movie has a moderate story and some mediocre acting, but the setup is pretty nice and it does have some great fight scenes. I am a fan of Ray Stevenson and he does a brilliant job here. Scott Adkins is playing the main role and for sure he is seriously kicking ass! If you are into 90's action and fighting movies, this is a decent modern edition worth watching.
