First and foremost: This is NOT a feel good movie, but it is good.

Liana Liberato who plays the role as the teenage girl Annie does a really good job, which really carries most of this movie. Clive Owen is great as well.

The movie is about the feelings and struggles a family goes through when the daughter is abused mentally and physically by an older man.

I like the fact the the movie does try to be all correct and say the right things. You'll see things from the parents point of view and from the teenage girl, and you'll feel like you understand both sides reasoning is kind of correct.

Great movie, that hits hard. I actually had half a tear running down my cheek at one point, which has happened like one other time in regards to modern media.

Great scary stuff.
