Very Positive surprise. I just saw a few reviews beforehand and they didn't speak too well of it. But it's just my cup of tea. I'm not a huge Crow fan and I can think of a few guys who would have fitted the role better, but for me it wasn't as much about the characters as it was about the main plot. There's a whole lot of emotional stuff that I could have lived with out, but then again it kind of gets to you and helps processing the ending. I'd say only Lion Gate can pull stuff like this of, since they proofed same "type" of movie in Law Abiding Citizen from 2009... Hmmm just looked it up, it wasn't Lion Gate... but you get the point =) Good movie! |
