Best movie I've seen in a while!

I saw that Niels had added a review for this movie and because I was affraid of spiolers I decided not read the full review but just take in the amazing 8 out of 10... Since Niels has good taste this had to be good.

And so it was. Stephen Dorff who I only remember from Blade, did a very good main part and the back he got from Val Kilmer was really good! As far as I'm concerned he could nominated for an Academy Award for Best Actor in a Supporting Role... But then again he didn't for he's part in Tombstone (1993) :)

The only sad thing about this movie is that the plot is very predictable, but then again it's a prison movie...

8 of 10 from me, very good I liked it.

Bad guys, don't get caught...

Tough movie! You really would not like to end up in this prison. This is a good movie for preventing people from doing crime.
The acting is really great, and you do actually sympathise for the main character "Porter". I was quite impressed. Val Kilmer also does a great job playing this mystical character you don't if you have really understood. He also makes a few good points during the move, thanks to the good writing.
Personally I don't have a vast experience with the American prison system, except from what Hollywood tells me, but the plot actually seems quite plausible. This is scary. Not that is has extreme violence or anything like that, but more the way the whole system the guards have build up seems so feasible.
All in all a good movie, in my opinion.
