It is not as good as the first one, but it does have its moments. Normally, when they add a woman to the setup, she becomes a burden that drags the stereotypical powerful male hero down. That is NOT the case here! Cobie Smulders really kicks butt, both as her character Turner and in general. The added child does, however, drag the action down. Nonetheless, I hope to see more in the line of Jack Reacher.
