w00t w00t... I was hoping this movie was better, maybe because a few friends said it was good, compared to other Carrey stuff... But well I might be one of the few who likes his more serious movies better(Eternal Sunshine... and Majestic). This movie was okay, but had same flow and progression as Liar Liar but not the same good qualities in my opinion. I like that it's not some old relation he has to save, but instead his own "life". Jim Carrey has almost the same type of character as in Liar Liar, but when he changes he's funnier in this one. Ok laughs through the movie. Guess it's good for sundays(as so many other Hollywood productions hehe) - DJ Death Face |

Fun and positive movie. A not too goofy Jim Carey delivers a good performance, and the plot displays the challenges life gives you, depending on your attitude to life. The movie made me think my way of living over, so I guess it got the message through, and by doing that, it bumped my rating one number up. |
