Nice take on a sci-fi! I haven't gotten around to see the original Planet of The Apes movies, but I think I want to start digging into them after this one. Judge by the trailer I didn't have much faith the effects of the movie, since I thought they seemed a bit cheap. But in the full length movie they come together as very convincing, with a few mistakes. I like the whole idea of "nature" revenging itself on the human race in this manner. Might "just" be a sci-fi, but it still makes you think about how much we suck at being humas. I can definitely recommend this one for sci-fi fans. |
