An exciting story, but slightly too dramatic and let down by an empty ending. There is some real tension along the way, yet it never fully pays off in the end. Nikolaj Lie Kaas is a decent actor and fits the role reasonably well. One of the more interesting aspects is the insight it gives into the world of the Syrian revolution and holy war, which adds some weight to the story. If you are looking for Danish drama, this is acceptable but bordering on below average. For me it lands at around a six out of ten. |
