I'm just a sucker for these Sniper movies. I've loved them since the early 90's, and I still do. The story is thin, the plot is simple, the acting is mediocre, yet I still love them. That does not mean that I always want to recommend the movies to just anyone - and for this one you really need to be a fan of the Sniper series, in order to appreciate it, I guess. It is not bad, but it is not great either.
For some reason  it reminds me of a movie in the Bourne series. If you like those, and think that you might enjoy an older version with the great Tom Berenger in the lead, then bring out the popcorn and cold drinks!
