The movie is entertaining, good fun, but not completely fantastic. Before watching this movie I was unaware of the persona, Rudy Ray Moore, whom the story i based upon. I am sure that they have added a bit to the exaggerated behaviour to make it into a dramatic movie, but he still seems like an interesting character. I feel inspired to watch the movie, that this movie depicts the making of. If you enjoy the black and vulgar humor of Eddy Murphy, I think you would enjoy this one as well. My rating of it is based on the entertainment value and not the story. |
