Every new online development, every expansion of bandwidth, enhancement off online web experience is driven by porn.
Having that said, this is actually an interesting story about business development and how to subtly handle a trade that deals in subjects not always favored by everyone. Oh yeah... and throw in some russian gangsters while you are at it. There is nothing wrong with the story.
I was a bit disappointed about the performance by Luke Wilson playing the main role here. I now he is supposed to portray an actual person here, but to he came off a bit too weak in my opinion. That is a shame, as it made me lose interest in the movie a few time.
Giovanni Ribisi and Gabriel Macht on the other hand actually succeeded playing complete idiots and still maintain a solid performance. I was rather impressed by that.
I do not know how much of this story is true and how much is pure fiction, but it is really an interesting story and worth watching if you are interested in the story of the development of the Internet.
