A giant net of stories that are all entwined somehow. That worked well. I kept trying to guess the outcome of each of them, which kept them interesting, and with a couple of significant plot twists in the end, everything comes together quite nicely.
The cast for this movie has a lot of great names on it, which were, if I have to be honest, the major reason for me watching the movie. Julia Roberts, Jennifer Garner, Jessica Biel, Anne Hathaway, Jessica Alba, Jamie Foxx, Bradley Cooper and Ashton Kutcher, to name some of them. They even had Taylor Swift in a very small supporting role.
This is a romantic comedy and therefore not within my primary genre. I enjoyed the movie and the plot, and the cast was impressive, but this is just not for me. My rating is therefore biased by this.
If you do enjoy a well made romantic comedy with a big cast, this could absolutely be a hit for you. If you are looking for a movie to watch on Valentine's Day with your significant other, this movie is pretty ideal. If you have a crush on your best friend but do not know how to tell them, this is perfect. I give it six out of ten.
