Good movie for the whole family! Went and saw it with my 8 years old kid, who loves it but felt it was a bit of an emotional ride (in a good meaning, I think). The picture is very pleasant, from the clean high-tech world of the humans to the island where the wild animals live. The animals are made to look like what they are in persona - so the bear is grumpy, the fox is sneaky, etc. The humor is very good, and I feel there laughs for both kids and grown ups. I remained so tuned into the story, that my kid ate all the popcorns, so yes, I was entertained too. The movie still feels a little messy and the story a bit flawed, but conclusive its a good movie! |
