Joe Marshall and Frank Washington are two tenacious police detectives who seek at all costs to stop the Katana, a renegade Yakuza gang composed of violent and sadistic killers who want to lead the drug trade in Los Angeles.
I have given this movie a low rating, but I recommend everyone to see it :-)
It is so bad that is funny, but only if you like this kind of movie. Dialog seems to be written by a teenager, action is... well I stick with my previous comment, you should see this movie.
