Great movie. It is a fascinating yet scary story, and maybe the most interesting (and  horrifying) is the fact that it is based on actual events.

Gary Oldman is a fantastic actor and he is brilliant in this role. The acting talents of Antonio Banderas is sometimes questionable, but his role in this movie is written in a way that works really well for him. Furthermore, Helen Mirren is fantastic as well. Shaken at first but still strong and determined.

I particularly like the way the movie explains to you how to be a bad guy in a fancy suit without breaking any laws. It sort of becomes a mockumentary. My favorite part is the significant twist at the end. I will not spoil it, but I will tell you that it is an important and depressing end.

A highly recommendable movie for anyone who is into business and legal stuff.
