This is more of a teenager movie than the regular Marvel movies. There is a lot of focus on the teenager problems than actually fighting a super villain. That only seems like a secondary part of the movie. For me that means that the movie is not really that exciting, however it is still a decent. It is not that good, but not directly boring either.

The cast is in general too young for my taste and their everyday problems does not really interest me. Robert Downey Jr is still amazing though. I do like the kid playing Spider-Man, Tom Holland, but the plot was just so thin that I think I almost prefer the old Spider-Man movies with Toby Maguire - plot wise, that is!

In general not the best of the Marvel movies, and not really recommendable unless you are a teenager yourself. I will not be seeing it again, however for the sake of completion I do think that I will watch the next installment in this Spider-Man series.
