Not as fantastic as Sin City, but The Spirit still has a certain charm in the way it is made. Following the genre, where the movie is based on the comic, everything is so over exaggerated and over the top. The fist fight between The Spirit and The Octopus is hilarious, but still not destroying the mood. Nicely done! I have always been a fan of black and white pictures and movies, and even though this movie has some color to it, it still does the trick for me. If you like action and you like comics, go see this movie! |
