Reptile is a super well-written thriller that starts off with a seemingly simple plot but gradually twists and folds into something much more intricate. There are moments where it almost feels like it might lose its way, but it manages to stay on track and deliver a gripping experience.

The movie is quite long and moves at a slow pace, but that actually works in its favor, allowing you to absorb a wealth of details on the first watch. Benicio del Toro is fantastic in his role, bringing a depth and intensity that keeps you engaged throughout.

If you're a fan of police thrillers, this one is highly recommended. That being said, I have no idea why it’s called Reptile — the title makes absolutely no sense.
