You don't need to think with this movie, just enjoy the action.
The third movie in the Transporter series is quite similar to the previous two. It doesn't bring anything new to the table but on the other hand it stays loyal to the concept.
The cast is also very similar to the other two. There is Statham as Frank and the inspector as the two consistent characters, then theres is a bad guy played by a semi-popular actor, some guy being blackmailed, a lot of big goons getting beat up and lastly a girl Frank falls in love with. This girl is very quiet at first, which is nice as she is good looking, but then starts talking, dancing, laughing etc. an her character gets very annoying. I believe it is a combination of bad acting and the role she is given. In these kind of movies, you sort of expect cheesy effects, very unrealistic stunts and a thin plot, but with a budget like this I don't think bad acting is acceptable.
To sum up: Thin plot but lots of fighting and high speed car chases.
And yes! Statham does whatever is possible to take of his shirt in this movie also. Even more than the first two in the series.
