Oh my goodness! What an injection of insane craziness, over the top energy and a mad yet rather good story.

This is my first LEGO movie, so I have no idea of how it is compared to the others. However I do believe this one is a bit different.

The plot is quite hard to follow as it changes course very often, but as the actual story unfolds at the end, you see the reason why. At first this annoyed me a bit, but after the explanation it actually made me smile.
I really had fun watching all the puns and references to other movies. That was really a great experience.

The animation is rather good and I really enjoyed how everything is made of actual LEGO pieces.

To me the movie was a bit over the top, but it was entertaining and worth watching - especially if you like the actual LEGO toy.
