In English films about criminals and heists I, like other reviewers on this site, have gained a solid love love for Snatch, Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels and that type of film. This movie is something along those lines, but also misses some power/balls to go the same places. The movie on the other tells a genuine tale about being confronted by the past and having to deal with it. There is a heist isn part og this movie, ,but it is actually pretty cool that it’s not the main thing for this film. In that respect it kind of reminded me of Killing them Softly. Where the red line can be really thin in connecting the different parts of the movie.
Ben Kingsley apparently won an Oscar for best supporting role for this. He does a really good job, even though I had minor problems finding his part believable to the core.
