Brainless simple action with a brutal punch to the guts.

I might have got a soft spot for watching these silly fight movies, and this one is not exception. The plot is very simple, the dialogue and acting is poor and the fights are hard hitting.

One thing they did really well here was setting the mood for the fights. You really get the feeling of being locked up in a cage with some evil bastard who is trying to beat your innards to mush. I actually caught myself tensing up and flinching at two points during two of the fights. That part (and maybe the only part) of the movie is really good.

Watch it if you like fight movies and have nothing better to watch.
