Medium action movie with a good story.

The plot is simple. The people you are suspecting from the start are actually the bad guys and everything goes according to plan, good guys win in the end.
The reason that I liked this movie was the characters and their story. I liked getting to know mr. Shale/Smith, and I liked how the teenage punks turned into nice kids. I might be getting old and soft, but it was actually a fair story.

The special effects where very limited and the stunts seemed a bit unconvincing, but I might be jaded from too many Hollywood action movies and now unable to judge a normal movie.

Watch it if you like a movie about a tough guy turning soft around kids who wants to be better.
