On a flight to Tokyo I randomly browsed trough the movie list. In the comedy section a stumbled upon this (cult?) comedy classic. I've only seen it once before and that is quit a few years ago. At that point the movie was new, and I don't think I got it all and liked it very much… Second time though I has to say it was different. It is as if what was cliché wannabe retro/wannabe slap stick(dodge ball has some and some Adam Sandler movies has it too) back when the movie was new, was suddenly a journey back. A good journey. I mean it's very predictable in many ways, and there is a huge amount of slapstick, but the characters and their interactions is unique and the way Ben Stiller went all the way out potraiting a wacky, stupid, dump wit in the weird world of modeling is definitely what carries the movie for me.

If you like the best Adam Sandler has to offer, and what Will Ferrel brings to the table in American comedies, then You'll enjoy this adventure featuring Mija Jovovhic, Owen Wilson, Will Ferrel, Ben Stiller and xxx(Eric from the new True Blood series)

Funny movie, but not that funny.

This movie shows how the life of a real male fashion model, who is "rediculesly good looking" btw., is like. It is not easy, it is hard work. Well... it plays a lot on the fact that Zoolander and his friends and rivals are quite dumb and for the most part, that is entertaining in itself, but at some parts you miss something more. The plot is very thin, and in my opinion could have made good use of a few more entertaining details.
On the the other hand, I am convinces that this movie shows how the girls for Tyra Banks' show America's Next Top Model imagine top model life is like.

Wilson and Stiller both delivers a good performance and the rest of the cast sums up around average.

I have seen it a couple of times, and my judgement says just above average.
