"Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings" is a thrilling and action-packed addition to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The movie is a modern take on Kung Fu action spiced up with some Marvel craziness where we follow the journey of Shang-Chi, a skilled martial artist who must confront his past and the dangerous Ten Rings organization to save the world. The story is compelling and well-paced, blending elements of family drama, fantasy, and martial arts. The film also tackles important themes of identity, cultural heritage, and the consequences of power.

The cast delivers excellent performances, with Simu Liu perfectly embodying the heroic and conflicted Shang-Chi, and Awkwafina providing both comedic relief and emotional depth as his best friend, Katy. I normally like Ben Kingsley, but his role in these movies is just a sad comic relief in my opinion. I do not think that is fitting for such a movie and wish they had put his talent to better use.

The movie is a visual spectacle with stunning fight scenes and impressive special effects that make for an immersive viewing experience. The silly creatures at the special Village, however, seemed like a stupid thing that should have been discarded in the planning phase.

Overall, "Shang-Chi" is a must-see for Marvel fans and Kung Fu action movie enthusiasts alike.
