Pretty good action movie. There is not a lot of story to it, but it is rather decent, and even though the plot is more or less straight forward, it is contributing to a good experience. I used to be hard on Jamie Foxx, but lately he has really done a solid performance, and this movie just ups the bar even further. He is really good, when he is not playing the black sidekick comedian, but inserted playing a serious role with power. Joseph Gordon-Levitt is pretty good as well. The concept of everyone having a special power is very interesting, and the special effects are well done. In general a recommendable movie, if your like action and super powers. |
