Well ok... I saw a top 25 list on www.ign.com of the best action movies ever, and on that list was The Road Warrior aka Mad Max 2, so I decided to get my hands on the Mad Max trilogy. This weekend I watched them all. I the over all conclusion is that I'm not impressed. The first movie is from 1979 and that is just too God damn obvius. I mean the acting, the effects and the editing is just too low a quality to be enjoyed these days.

The worst was actually the story and the missing pieces. It is as if they had this great plan, and never caught it on camera.

When this movie first came out, it might have been a blast. And I guess a remake could that today as well.

I only saw it through because I felt I had to, to be able to review it's sequel.

4 of 10 for bad acting, very bad effects and incoherency in story and movie editing.

And bad guys stay out of Mad Max' lige 'right!?
