Mr. Harlin did a better job with Die Hard 2 (1990) but is definetaly worth spending 1,5 hours on. It has some very nice fades between pictures, a new take on a old story. I mean we've seen movies where some body sees something they shouldn't have and spend the rest of the movie avoiding evil people who want them to disappear. In this one we get some of the same, but seen from kind of a new angle... The movie also presents some good twists, but fails a little in the amount of emotions that's pressed on to the story in the ending. 7 of 10 for nothing genius, but good acting, plot twist and "visuals" Bad guys I can only urge you two use Tom Cutler for cleaning your next job... or can I!? - Peter |
