Given incredible power by an ancient Celtic Cross. Callan continues to fight evil... Now, joined by a team of weapons experts, Callan battles an unstoppable empire in Los Angeles.
What a complete waste of time!
The plot ranges between poor and appalling. The action is painful to watch. The stunts and effects are severely bad. The music does not fit the film.
Do not waste your time watching this movie.
