Let me start saying: This movie made me fell twelve again! In a gooooood way. When that has been said I need to add to other things: 1. It's plot/story line is NOT any good(and the characters are even worse) 2. It's loong, I mean 2,5 hours is a bit too much, and that shows mainly in the scenes that tries to present slapstick humor or teenage love scenes. I've watched it originally at the movies, but this time around it was Blue-Ray, and one should watch it in at least HD, since this movie is ALL about the effects, both visually and audio-visual. The robots are done very realistically, except for when they act stupid, telling jokes and generally talking. BUT the fights are SOOO epic. I really like it. I'm looking very much forward to the third installment of this IP. Can't wait. My score is given purely on the action, effects and sound scape. Really high end. |
