There is plenty of action here, but it is wrapped around a paper thin story with virtually no plot. This is a classic B rated action movie, except it feels like someone simply cut off the ending. I was genuinely surprised when the credits started rolling because there was so much missing. It felt more like an episode of a mediocre television series than a complete movie.

The acting fits the genre, but I am honestly surprised they managed to convince Sylvester Stallone to be part of it. It must be a little embarrassing for him.

The action starts out reasonably well but becomes more and more absurd as the movie goes on. Taking cover behind a fort built from dead bodies in front of a huge window while being fired upon by two miniguns might have been the low point. Then again, shooting down the same drone with an AR that apparently fires tracer rounds is a close contender. Setting buildings on fire for no apparent reason while continuing to stay inside as the flames rage around the characters is not far behind.

So, is there going to be a second movie to finish the story? It is hard to tell. Am I going to watch it? Probably not. I would rate it three out of ten
