This movie is absolutely crazy! There are so many 90s pop culture references that it’ll blow your mind—if you’re old enough to catch them. And while it’s not required, I’d highly recommend having seen all the Marvel movies up to this point to fully appreciate the tiny, brilliant details scattered throughout. The comedy is top-notch—so well-written and executed that I left the theater with my cheeks hurting from laughing so much. Ryan Reynolds *is* Deadpool, no question about it, and Hugh Jackman as Wolverine? Perfection. Honestly, I can’t imagine anyone else playing these roles. The rest of the cast is just as fantastic, adding to the chaos and fun. This is definitely a movie I’ll be watching more than once because there’s just so much packed in that it’s impossible to catch everything in one go. If you’re a fan of Deadpool, Wolverine, Marvel, or just love a dose of well-orchestrated chaos and mayhem, this movie is a must-see! |
