This movie has a decent plot but a slightly boring story. I don't want to spoil too much of the movie, but once the true plot is revealed, you feel like you have seen this movie before. And you probably have. It is very classic, but the road to get you there is a bit long.

The main character is just too weak. The acting by Damson Idris is average but the character, the drone pilot, is just too boring. I never found any sympathy for him.
Anthony Mackie, playing Captain Leo, is pretty good at the action stuff, decent at dialogues but maybe not good enough to handle being all philosophical and mysterious.

Unfortunately we only get to see too little of Pilou Asbæk. Despite his character having a central role in the entire story, we don't get to see him enough. I would have wished for more.

The action is very good. There are several quite long combat scenes packed with fancy stunts. It feels like a rush watching those! At two scenes I heard myself exclaim "woah!" when robots and had guys were flying left and right.

Overall an above average action movie. I won't be seeing it again, but I don't regret spending the time watching it either.
