I really like the work of the artist Frank Frazetta, so when I found out that he had co-produced a movie I obviously had to watch it.
The story is pretty simple and there are no surprises in the plot, but that is not the reason for watching it, so it doesn't matter much. What you really are looking for is the scenery and the vivid hand painted characters. I think it is an interesting movie, and I am glad that I watched it, but unless you are a fan of Frazetta or the animated fantasy genre in general, I am not sure you would enjoy it that much.
